(spr. hommfris), Henry Noel, engl. Schriftsteller und Illustrator, geb. 1810 zu Birmingham, [* 2] ward zum Teil auf dem Kontinent ausgebildet und publizierte 1840, nach längerm Aufenthalt in Rom, [* 3] sein erstes Werk, die Beschreibung zu Cookes »Views in Rome«.
